Massage Therapy
I specialize in Swedish massage w/ Trigger Point work and offer sessions that focus on relaxation, sports massage and/or pain relief.
Masks must be worn at this time. KN95 masks provided and rapid tests available if you prefer not to wear a mask during your session.
Each massage begins with a preference interview while you're soaking in a hot magnesium foot bath. Session is customized to your specific needs. The clock starts only after you're on the table, the lotion warmed and I've scrubbed fingertips to elbows.
My aim as a bodyworker is to sync with your body's natural ability to heal by staying in the realm of the para-sympathetic nervous system. Translation = Nothing hurts!
I have 20 years experience and 700+ hours of training in Swedish massage and Trigger Point work using hot stones.
I'm a licensed massage therapist and certified member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). I stay current on my training with annual continuing education. I've been to massage school twice and studied with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
All bodywork sessions include:
Sessions timed "on table" - please allow an extra 20-30 min.
Some say it's the best massage in Telluride.
