My sessions are customized to each individual or family. My approach is self-nurturing based on the scientific foundations of loving kindness, controlled breath & mindfulness. Together we'll design a practice that I'll help you formulate based on your goals and what you want to achieve.

Introductory packages start with an in-person or Zoom 90 min session followed by two 15 min Zoom sessions, approximately 30 and 90 days out, to provide ongoing support in achieving your goals.
Existing clients can book 30 min "check-up" appointments to fine-tune or re-commit.
